After auditioning for the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Academy of Music when he was just 15, Rahul Gohil studied at the Royal College of Music in London alongside some of the most sought after professors of music in Europe. Having been mentored by members of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and the BBC Symphony Orchestra he went on to play with some of the world’s finest conductors including Sir Simon Rattle and Edward Gardner (OBE) in the most prestigious concert halls in the country such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, the Barbican Hall, LSO St. Lukes, Milton Court, St John’s Smith Square and the Royal Opera House.

In 2022 the 24 year old London based composer signed a record deal with Exopac Recordings and the Nordic Music Society launching his career as a solo artist giving birth to new musical formats and challenging the notion of the concept album. Influenced heavily by John Williams, Debussy and Gustav Mahler, Rahul continues to work towards his ultimate goal which is to democratise the genre of classical music and through the ears and hearts of the younger generation; bring orchestral music back into the light.
